— General —

• Do not use my art in NFTs or for AI.• Do not use my work without credit or claim my work as your own.• Credit or crediting me is defined by having a link back to one of my social platform accounts (preferably my DeviantArt or Toyhouse).• Do not use any of my work for harmful messages, directing hate towards a group or person, or political messages.• If you find that someone is breaking any of these rules, please let me know in a DM.

— Art —

• You can use any of my art as an icon, emoji, or banner as long as you credit me for it! But if the character belongs to someone else, ask the owner if you can use it.• Do not trace/recolor my artwork without credit.

— Designs —

• You may freely give away, trade, or sell any designs you get from me that I've created!• You may redesign/change the species of/genderbend/ect. any design you've gotten from me.• If you get a design from me, you may freely use it for stories, art, animation, mascots, role-play, merchandise, ect.• Refunds for adopts are not allowed.

— Characters/OCs —

• DO NOT make NSFW or suggestive works/content about or with any of my OCs.• Don't use my characters in role-plays or breeding charts.• You can create fan-characters for my stories.• You can draw fanart/gift art of any of my characters!• You can draw my characters interacting with your characters, but don't draw anything romantic.• You can draw my characters as another species, in a different outfit, or as an AU!
