— General —

• Do not use my art in NFTs or for AI.• Remember to credit me when using my work.• Credit or crediting me is defined by having a link back to one of my social platform accounts (preferably my DeviantArt or Toyhouse).• If you find that someone is breaking any of these rules, please let me know in a DM.

— Art —

• You can use any of my art as an icon, emoji, or banner as long as you credit me for it! But if the character belongs to someone else, ask the owner if you can use it.• You may trace/recolor my artwork as long as you credit me.

— Designs —

• You may freely give away, trade, or sell any designs you get from me that I've created!• You may redesign and change any design you've gotten from me, in any way you like.• If you get a design from me, you may freely use it for stories, art, animation, mascots, role-play, merchandise; whatever you'd like to do.• Refunds for adopts are not allowed.

— Characters/OCs —

• DO NOT make NSFW or suggestive works/content about or with any of my OCs.• Don't use my characters in role-plays or breeding charts.• You can create fan-characters for my stories.• You can draw fanart/gift art of any of my characters!• You can draw my characters interacting with your characters, but don't draw anything romantic.• Feel free to draw my characters as another species, in a different outfit, or as an AU!
